2 cups (220 g) frozen diced mango
2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach
1 cup (250 mL) plant-based yogurt
1/2 cup (125 mL) plant-based milk
2 Tbsp (15 g) ground flaxseed
0ptional toppings: Fresh fruit like mango, blueberries or kiwi Toasted coconut flakes Sprinkle of cinnamon or ground flaxseed
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
Pour into bowls and top with desired toppings.
