Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 cups (220 g) frozen diced mango


  • 2 cups (60 g) fresh spinach


  • 1 cup (250 mL) plant-based yogurt


  • 1/2 cup (125 mL) plant-based milk


  • 2 Tbsp (15 g) ground flaxseed


  • 0ptional toppings: Fresh fruit like mango, blueberries or kiwi Toasted coconut flakes Sprinkle of cinnamon or ground flaxseed

Directions

  • Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
  • Pour into bowls and top with desired toppings.
